Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Summary

You can cancel your Sharflow subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting billing support at hello@sharflow.online. Subscriptions remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period with no further charges. Refund requests for billing errors, duplicate transactions, or verified technical service issues are evaluated promptly in coordination with our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

1. Overview & Merchant of Record

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling recurring subscriptions and requesting refunds for Sharflow services.

Our order fulfillment and payment processing are managed by our Merchant of Record and authorized online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles order processing, billing management, invoices, tax calculations, and refund disbursement.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Sharflow subscription at any time without fees or penalties:

  • Self-Service via Dashboard: Log in to your Sharflow account, go to Settings > Subscription & Plan, and select Cancel Subscription.
  • Email Request: Send a cancellation request to hello@sharflow.online from your registered account email. Our support team will process the cancellation within one business day.
  • Paddle Buyer Portal: Manage or cancel recurring billing directly through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net using the email address and order number from your purchase receipt.

When you cancel, your subscription access remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again on subsequent renewal dates.

3. Refund Eligibility & Policy

Sharflow provides automated digital monitoring, anomaly detection, and analytics reporting that activate immediately upon subscription. As a digital SaaS product:

  • Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges: If you are billed in error or charged multiple times for the same period, you are eligible for a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.
  • Accidental Renewals: If you intended to cancel before a renewal charge and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal transaction, we will review your request and issue a refund provided the service has not been actively utilized during that renewed cycle.
  • Service Outages & Technical Malfunction: In the event of prolonged, verified downtime or system malfunction where Sharflow Watchdog monitoring was completely unavailable and our team was unable to restore service, you may request a pro-rated or full refund for the affected period.
  • Unused Subscriptions: Standard recurring fees for time elapsed where the service was available and functional are generally non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests are submitted to Paddle and processed back to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, or digital wallet).

Once issued by Paddle, refunds generally appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may hold under applicable local consumer protection legislation. Where statutory cancellation or withdrawal periods apply by law to digital services before performance has commenced, those provisions take precedence.
