1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service (these "Terms") carefully before creating an account or using Sharflow — AI Website Watchdog (the "Service"), operated by Shariful Islam, an individual operator based in Saudi Arabia ("Sharflow", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Sharflow is a software-as-a-service monitoring platform designed to act as an automated "Website Watchdog". The Service observes search performance signals, tracks organic visibility shifts, detects potential page-level anomalies, and delivers concise summaries and priority alerts when notable issues arise.

The Service includes onboarding configuration tools, alert summaries delivered via email and web dashboards, and optional integrations with third-party performance sources including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the monitoring features, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration details (including full name and email address).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and authentication credentials.
• Promptly notify Sharflow if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access or breach of account security.

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4. User Responsibilities & Website Ownership

When you add a website or URL to Sharflow, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner or authorized operator of the website, or you have obtained explicit authorization from the owner to connect and monitor it.
• You will not register or attempt to monitor websites that you do not own or lack permission to inspect.
• Your website does not distribute malicious software, phishing content, unlawful materials, or engage in deceptive practices.

Sharflow reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete any monitoring profile if ownership or authorization cannot be established.

5. Google, Microsoft & Third-Party API Connections

Sharflow allows users to voluntarily link their Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster accounts via official OAuth 2.0 authorization protocols. By connecting these accounts, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You grant Sharflow permission to access, retrieve, and store performance metrics (such as clicks, impressions, CTR, queries, sessions, and engagement) for the verified website properties associated with your account.
• Sharflow requests specific permissions: Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly), Google Analytics 4 (analytics.readonly), Google Identity (openid, email, profile), and Bing Webmaster Tools (webmaster.manage, utilized solely to execute read queries for performance metrics).
• Sharflow accesses Google APIs in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) and never requests or accesses your account password.
• All OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
• Access to third-party data depends on provider API availability and your continued authorization.
• You may disconnect or revoke Sharflow's OAuth permissions at any time through your Google Account security settings, Microsoft privacy settings, or via your Sharflow dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Sharflow for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service or its underlying algorithms.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Sharflow system, network, or server without authorization.
• Circumvent or disable any technological measure, access control, or rate limiter implemented by Sharflow or its third-party providers.
• Use any automated scraping tool, robot, spider, or automated process to harvest data from the Service without express written consent.
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a website or organization.
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact other users or the operational stability of the platform.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide reliable and consistent monitoring. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis:

• We do not warrant that the Service will operate without interruption, delays, or errors.
• The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, emergency repairs, or external factors beyond our control (including outages by cloud hosts such as Vercel, database providers such as MongoDB, or third-party APIs such as Google and Microsoft).
• We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or temporarily suspend any feature or component of the Service at any time.

8. AI-Generated Interpretations & Recommendations

• AI-generated suggestions do not constitute formal SEO advice, legal counsel, engineering guarantees, or technical certification.
• Sharflow uses artificial intelligence to interpret verified monitoring findings that have already cleared deterministic mathematical thresholds; the AI does not independently invent raw performance data.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance, and impact of any recommendation prior to modifying your website code, metadata, or server configuration.
• Sharflow is not responsible for any technical issues, broken page structures, indexing failures, or unintended side effects arising from actions you choose to take based on AI-generated alerts.

9. No Guarantee of Business or Search Engine Results

Organic search ranking algorithms, indexing schedules, search display features, and web traffic flows are controlled entirely by third-party search engines (such as Google and Microsoft Bing).

SHARFLOW MAKES NO WARRANTIES, PROMISES, OR GUARANTEES that:

• Your website will attain or maintain specific keyword ranking positions or traffic volumes.
• Your search visibility will increase as a result of using the Service.
• Search engine spiders will crawl or index your web pages within a specific timeframe.
• Your business will generate increased revenue, inquiries, conversions, or commercial success.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to Sharflow — including our software, user interface design, logos, trademarks, code, algorithms, visual styling, documentation, and copywriting — belong exclusively to Shariful Islam and licensors. Third-party trademarks and open-source libraries remain the property of their respective owners.

Your Property: You retain complete ownership of your website, trademarks, proprietary content, and raw performance metrics. By connecting your website to Sharflow, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

11. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your Sharflow account or Sharflow Pro subscription at any time directly through the dashboard or by contacting support at hello@sharflow.online.

Subscription cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Sharflow reserves the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms or if required by applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your profile data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
